Return and Refund Policy – Dax Aerodynamics

All products purchased from www.daxaerodynamics.com can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

·        The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

·        The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is different from what was ordered.

If you wish to raise a dispute, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting us through email at info@daxaerodynamics.com, WhatsApp, or by calling our customer service helpline.
Dax Aerodynamics reviews each case individually and strives to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.

Before any claim can be processed, you will be required to email or WhatsApp photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect item to info@daxaerodynamics.com within 7 days of purchase.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, you will be asked to return the defective product to Dax Aerodynamics within 7 days of purchase. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be issued for the product(s) mentioned in the invoice.

Exchange Policy Exceptions

There are certain situations where exchanges cannot be supported, including but not limited to:

·        Exchange request is made after the specified time frame.

·        Product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

·        The product has been altered, repaired, or tampered with in any way.

·        Missing parts or accessories, including packaging, manuals, or labels.

Refund Policy

Dax Aerodynamics does not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.
However, a refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

·        The customer cancels the order before Dax Aerodynamics begins processing or dispatching the shipment.

·        The item(s) received do not match the product description or specifications.

·        The shipment is delayed due to weather conditions, logistical challenges, or other external factors, and the customer no longer requires the product.

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 15-30 working days.
